ICAC Report on Corruption & Integrity in the NSW Public Sector

This month ICAC have released their latest report on Corruption and Integrity in the NSW Public Sector: an assessment of current trends and events. It’s the first release of this kind and warns the public sector to be wary of risks associated with blurred lines between government and non-government sectors, badly-managed organisational change, and rules that unintentionally can encourage corrupt conduct.

The report examines the factors that contribute to corruption and other serious forms of misconduct and highlights a number of emerging trends, hot spots, case studies and notable practices that have been brought to the Commission’s attention.

OCM enjoys a strong working relationship with the ICAC and had the opportunity to contribute to this report. Read the full report.
