Announcement: New OCM National Managing Partner

OCM is proud to announce the appointment of Pamela Robertson-Gregg as its new National Managing Partner, effective from 1 November 2019.

Partners of the firm unanimously supported the decision to appoint Ms. Pamela Robertson-Gregg, the current National Assurance Leader and member of the Executive Leadership Team, to the role of Managing Partner.

OCM’s outgoing Managing Partner, Rory O’Connor said; “Pamela is a highly respected and experienced executive with a proven track record and a great vision for the future. She is without doubt, the right person to guide OCM ‘s future and serves as an inspirational role model particularly to the young women in our business.”

Pamela joined OCM in 2010 after starting her career as a Chartered Accountant in the UK before moving to Australia in 1999. She joined OCM with a focus on establishing the Assurance practice after holding senior executive positions in both PWC and Deloitte.

Under Rory’s leadership, our business has grown to become a highly respected national practice enjoying 10 years of successive growth. I look forward to building upon his legacy and working alongside Rory in his new role as Strategic Business Development Partner. We will continue to convert new opportunities, be committed to do the best for our clients and in doing so, make a positive impact on our communities.” Ms. Robertson-Gregg said.

Ms. Robertson-Gregg is a deeply passionate supporter of the not-for-profit sector. She currently sits on the Programs Committee and Governance Committee of the SWL-Red Cross, a group of philanthropic women who financially support Red Cross programs targeting woman and children at risk, both in Australia and overseas as well as indigenous communities, through health and support programs.

Ms. Robertson-Gregg will take up her new role on the 1 November and will be supported by Mr. Andrew Marsden, a founding partner of OCM, in the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer.
